- The study showed that most of the public relations workers are female, at a rate of 65%.
56%• of the respondents have higher educational qualifications.
- At least 69% of the respondents stated that the job title of public relations in the center is under study, and that it is affiliated with the administrative and financial affairs department in the center.
- The senior management is not convinced of the public relations function of the center under study.
- The public relations activity is limited to receiving inmates' parents only.
- The neglect of training courses for employees and the lack of recognition by the senior management are among the obstacles that prevent public relations from practicing their activities and programs in the correct manner.
- Employing specialized cadres and allocating an adequate budget are among the ways to activate the public relations activity of the center under study.
