Abstract

The study aimed to find out the effect of applying the quality of human resources management on the performance of employees working in Libyan hospitals, with a random sample of (193) individuals from all employees working in Al-Marj Teaching Hospital in the city of El-Marj, the subject of the study. Study with a question: What is the impact of the quality of human resources management on the performance of employees in Libyan hospitals? Then the general objective: to identify the positive effects of applying the quality of human resource management, as the hypotheses of the study were presented, and the descriptive and analytical approach was used to reach the results of the study, the theoretical and applied frameworks, and the interpretation of the elements of the research title, and the statement of the two pivotal concepts of the study: the independent variable (human resource management), and the variable The dependent: (functional performance), and the questionnaire was used as a tool. To collect data and information, and classify them according Likert scale, to ensure the validity and stability of the questionnaire, and then conclude using the statistical program(SPSS22)by:(arithmetical means, standard deviations, multiple linear regression analysis, and (Cronbach's alpha), and the most important results were: The need to work through recruitment and appointment, to implement human resource policies, attention to the quality of training and development, continuous motivation, and focus on the performance of employees working in organizations; with the availability of requirements, and keenness on inputs and outputs to complete the work for the performance of employees in Libyan hospitals. Modern technologies, and the adoption of an integrated system of material and moral incentives.
