Based on the great importance that the subject of job satisfaction has become By researchers and scholars, both in the field of managemen Or other fields of humanities such as the field of industrial and organizational psychology Sociology, and their contributions on the theoretical and practical level We seek to try to formulate a theoretical template that includes this topic in this research, starting with highlighting some definitions The concept of psychological attitudes in general and the concept of psychological attitudes towards work And then define the concept of job satisfaction through the number of definitions that tried to define it, as well as shed light on the process of job satisfaction through the different schools to study organizational behavior, and access also to determine the dimensions of job satisfaction, And to identify the most important theories that tried to explain and interpret the phenomenon of job satisfaction, Also, the issue of measuring job satisfaction will be addressed by reviewing the common methods and measures for measuring it.
