As well as knowing the differences in post – traumatic stress disorder due to the variable of profession and years of experience. The study sample included (54) medical and paramedical personnel working at Al- Hawari hospital in the city of Benghazi. The (Davidson-1987) scale for post- traumatic stress disorder was applied, and the results showed the followin:
- There are differences between the theoretical mean of the scale and the sample mean in favor of the sample mean, and this indicates the presence of statistically significant differences at a significance level of (0.005) this shows that the responses of the sample members have a high level of post-traumatic stress disorder .
- There are no statistically significant differences between the sample average for medical and paramedical elements because the significance level reached (0.167) which is not statistically significant at significance level of (0.005) .
- There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of year's experience because the significance level reached (0.505) which is not statistically significant .
