Abstract

The research aims to introduce the efforts of the Maliki scholars in employing the language, especially the science of grammar in the field of explaining the noble hadith. And it became clear to the researchers that Ibn Battal was an imam in the language as he was an imam in hadith and jurisprudence, and how not, and the language is the elevation to other legal sciences.
