Factors affecting the improvement of administrative decisions A case study of head of departments at the University College of Applied Sciences - Gaza

The study aimed to test the factors affecting the improvement of administrative decisions among head of departments at the University College of Applied Sciences - Gaza. To achieve the goal, the study adopted the descriptive approach to analyze and interpret the phenomenon, questionnaire was used as a tool for the study, the validity and stability of the questionnaire were confirmed using the Cronbach alpha coefficient. Population consisted of 84 individuals. 82 questionnaires were completed.
The results of the statistical analysis of the questionnaire using the statistical program SPSS showed a statistically significant positive impact of personal, human, administrative and organizational factors on the improvement of decisions and the existence of a positive impact that is not statistically significant for social and environmental factors on the improvement of administrative decisions.
