The relationship of work pressure with the educational leadership among the directorates of school in the district of stubble of irbid

The study aimed to identify the relationship between the work pressure with the educational
leadership among the directorates of school in the district of stubble of irbid at kingdom of
Jordan, where the study sample consisted of (96) directorate of the departments of the school
in the district. Where the researchers adapted the scale of work pressure by (yarkindy,2001)
and scale test of educational leadership by (morsi,1998), the study was concluded after
statistic treatment to a set of rules, which is that (36.5%) members of the sample suffered
from the pressure of work, as also shown that (79%) members of the sample suffer from their
inability to use aspects of educational leadership in addition to that there are no statistically
significant relationship between the pressure of work and educational leadership. The result
also showed that there were no statistically signify can't differences in the degree of work
pressures and educational leadership according to change sets a qualification, the number of
years of experience, and educational stage.
