Abstract

The difference and the multiplicity of viewpoints in huma societies for a past year of the sunnahs of god in the small and the big things . and according to the many intellectual differences that characterized the Islamic civilization ,the debate was found to establish the truth and reach it, the Arab Islamic heritage was rich in many issues that were raised in the context of debate, and debate ,and thus arose the debate in the environment of the Arab -Islamic culture ,in which councils were held to
wait and discuss, varied in the diversity of their topics and waiting parties ,and this indicates the Islamic civilization ,but it is distinctive feature of it throughout its different eras .
