Journal Policy on appeals and complaints from authors

When a research paper is rejected, the researcher will be notified of the rejection decision without attaching any details or reviewers' comments, in compliance with the journal's policy on confidentiality of the review process.

However, if the author submits a formal complaint or appeal supported by clear reasons, he has the right after reviewing the request to view a summary of the reasons for rejection as stated in the reviewers' reports, provided that this does not conflict with the confidentiality policy or privacy of the arbitrators.
