POST-SUBMISSION

• The editor transfers manuscripts to the relevant section editor after obtaining a plagiarism certificate using the Crossref Similarity Check tool. Only manuscripts with a similarity rate of less than 20% are accepted for review.
• Each manuscript is submitted to two expert reviewers for independent evaluation, using a structured evaluation form. The corresponding author is notified of the reviewers' decisions and may be asked to make some justifications and resubmit the manuscript for review. Authors are also expected to follow up on updates and communicate with the editor regarding any comments or developments related to publication.
