This study talks about the concept of Electronic Crime and the methods to combat it by determining the
extent of this phenomenon and knowing the various factors involved in regard and that affect the
interests of society, especially banks through electronic dealings as well as private interests of
individuals, which requires the intervention of the Libyan legislator to confront such phenomena and
punish the perpetrators in Light provisions of Islamic and comparative legislation.
