Editorial Decision

Based on the reviewers’ reports, the Editor-in-Chief or handling editor will make one of the following decisions:

• Accept without Revision.
• Minor Revision.
• Major Revision.
• Reject.

Authors receiving revision requests must address all reviewer comments and submit a revised manuscript with a response-to-reviewers document.
