Reviewer Assignment

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to at least two independent expert reviewers with relevant expertise in the manuscript's subject area.

Reviewers are selected based on:

• Academic expertise.
• Publication record.
• Absence of conflicts of interest.

The editorial board ensures that reviewers maintain confidentiality and impartiality throughout the process.
