Peer Review and Review Governance Policy

  1. The Approved Peer Review System

The Journal adopts a Double-Blind Peer Review system as its default, standard framework for evaluating all submitted research manuscripts. Under this protocol, the identities and affiliations of the authors are completely concealed from the reviewers, and conversely, the reviewers' identities are kept anonymous to the authors throughout all stages of screening, evaluation, and editing. This measure is strictly enforced to guarantee the highest levels of objectivity, integrity, and transparency.

  1. Reviewer Selection Criteria and Timeline Compliance

Reviewers are meticulously selected from the Journal’s international database based on their precise academic specializations and their active publishing records in globally indexed journals. To qualify as a reviewer, candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree and demonstrate continuous, ongoing research activity in their respective fields.

The Journal grants reviewers a maximum period of 3 weeks to complete the manuscript evaluation and submit a comprehensive, reasoned scientific report concluding with one of the following recommendations:

  • Acceptance for publication.
  • Conditional revision (subject to specified amendments).
  • Rejection.
  1. Detection of Peer Review Manipulation and AI Governance

The Journal takes a zero-tolerance approach toward any attempts at Peer Review Manipulation. A rigorous system is implemented to verify the professional identity of reviewers, which includes auditing their institutional email addresses to prevent the use of free webmail accounts, as well as tracking IP addresses to detect any coordinated, systemic, or fraudulent reviews.

Furthermore, within the framework of digital ethical compliance, reviewers are strictly prohibited from uploading submitted manuscripts—or any part or abstract thereof—into generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and software. Utilizing these tools constitutes a severe breach of peer-review confidentiality and a direct violation of the authors' intellectual property rights prior to official publication.
