The role of the school administration in activating the partnership between the local community and the school in the Directorate of Education Yatta “Hebron Governorate” from the point of view of parents and teachers

The study aimed to know the role of the school administration in activating the partnership between the local community and the school in the Directorate of Education Yatta "Hebron Governorate" from the point of view of parents and teachers. And if there are statistically significant differences in the role of the school administration in activating the partnership between the local community and the school in the Directorate of Education in Yatta "Hebron Governorate" from the point of view of parents and teachers, due to the gender variable. The study sample consisted of (258) male and female teachers, from the teachers of the lower basic stage, whose number is (614) and (177) guardians from members of the local community. They were chosen in a simple random way, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed to collect data that included (28) items distributed over three areas
The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the role of the school administration in activating the partnership between the local community and the school in the Directorate of Education in Yatta “Hebron Governorate” from the point of view of parents and teachers came with a high evaluation degree for all fields, and there are no statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) due to the sex variable.
