Abstract

The aim of this study was to identify the level of commitment to the ethics of  the profession of secondary school principals in the city of Benghazi from the point of view of the teachers. The study also aimed to find out whether there were significant differences in the level of commitment to the ethics of secondary schools in Benghazi

The study aimed at determining the nature of the correlation between the commitment to the ethics of the profession and the years of their professional experience. The study was based on descriptive analytical methodology. The study population consisted of 4665 teachers from all secondary schools in Benghazi,  (234) teachers and schools, and this number (5%) of the study community, the study tool is in the form of a questionnaire, to analyze the primary data collected from the sample of the study used the researchers statistical package (SPSS) The study found that the level of commitment to the ethics of the profession of secondary school principals in Benghazi was high, and that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of commitment to the ethics of the profession of secondary school principals in Benghazi due to the variables of study Passed, and scientific qualification) The study also found a strong positive relationship between the level of commitment to the ethics of the profession managers of secondary schools in Benghazi and years of experience.
