Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of the school administration in enhancing intellectual security in public education schools in the municipality of Benghazi, through defining the role of the specialist (psychological and social), as well as the teacher and student activities in enhancing intellectual security, the study used the descriptive approach and adopted the questionnaire as a tool to collect data from a sample Random from teachers of general education in the municipality of Benghazi, the size of which (317) male and female teachers, and the study reached a number of results are: that the management of public education schools in the municipality of Benghazi is practicing its role in strengthening the intellectual security of its students weakly, In addition to the absence of statistically significant differences in the role of the school administration in enhancing intellectual security in general education schools from the point of view of the study sample, in the areas of the questionnaire according to the current work variable and the educational qualification, while there are statistically significant differences in the variable of the educational stage about the role of the teacher in promoting intellectual security for public education students, the study found that a set of proposed methods have been monitored to activate the role of school administration in enhancing intellectual security in public education schools in the municipality of Benghazi.
