This study aimed to know the level of job alienation among faculty members in the College of Arts and Sciences / Al-Marj. (218) members, and the relative stratified sample withdrawn from this community reached (140) members of the teaching staff. The high degree of the level of occupational alienation among faculty members, and the absence of differences in the level of occupational alienation among faculty members according to the variable of gender and social status, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the study sample members of the level of occupational alienation according to the variable of academic degree, and the monthly salary .
