Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of administrative empowerment in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Benghazi from the point of view of the male and female employees, as well as to identify whether there are statistically significant differences in determining the level of administrative empowerment among the male and female employees in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Benghazi due to variables (gender, academic qualification) It also aimed to identify the level of administrative creativity among the employees of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Benghazi, and also aimed to reveal the significance of the correlative relationship between the level of administrative empowerment among the employees and employees of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Benghazi and their administrative creativity, The study population consisted of all employees and employees of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Benghazi during the academic year 2020-2021, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the two researchers used the questionnaire, and relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and to analyze the study data, some appropriate statistical means were used. ,The study showed in its results: The high level of administrative empowerment in the College of Arts at the University of Benghazi from the point of view of the male and female employees, and the results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in determining the level of administrative empowerment in the College of Arts at the University of Benghazi from the point of view of male and female employees can be attributed to the two variables (type The results revealed a high level of administrative creativity at the level of male and female employees in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Benghazi, and the results confirmed the existence of a positive and statistically significant correlation between the level of administrative empowerment of employees and employees in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Benghazi and their administrative creativity.
