The obstacles that facing applying the electronic Administration at Tripoli University

Abstract

The electronic Administraion. The electronic administration considered as a new
intery of using knowledge، informaion، and advanced comunication for
management jobs and
excutive work in order to achieve jops in order to introducing services and to
imrove the educational process ،as wllas exchanging informaion among the staff
of the system. The administration aims to improve the the outcome ofeducaional
system in order to achieve its goals . It needs an awareness of administration that
has the ability of effective and increasing between the society and university
through varied activities and updating programmes .this administration requires
strong leaders who have the ability of facing the variants and great challenge.
The leaders who insist on success. This study aims to clarify the electronic
Administraion and human constraints in applying the electronic Administraion
in facolty of educatio in Qaser bin Gasher. The sample of the study consists of
77 including 193 of teachlng staff. The methodology of the study;.adopteing
descriptive method.
