The level of psychological burnout among teachers of the deaf and hard of hearing at Al-Amal Center in the city of Benghazi

The aim of this research is to Khow the level of psychological burnout of deaf and hard of hearing
teachers in the Hope center in the city of Benghazi, and its relationship to some demographic Variables
(academic qualification , years of experience, academic Stage, degree of disability) . ( MBI) , which consists
of three dimensions ( emotional stress dullness of Feelings lack of asense of personal a chievemeht ) and the
research community consisted of (89) teachers from the deaf and hard of hearing teachers in the Hope center
in the city of Benghazi, and the research reached the Following results: A high level of combustion
psychological among the members of the research sample on the dimensions of the research sample on
the dimensions of the combined tool, with an arithmetic average of (60.25) at a level of statistical
significance (0.05) , while there was avariation in the averages of the level of psychological burnout on the
different dimensions my account reached (28.63) and was ranked aftre "emothonal stress" at a
moderate level and with an arithmetic average (23.30) and came in third place after " emotion dullness" at a
low level with amean of (8.32), while The results indicated that there were no statistically significant
differences at the level of (0.05 ) attributable to the academic the humber of years of experience – the
degree of disability – and the educational stage ).
