The research aims to improve some elements of orthopedic and physical fitness for pupils from 9 to 12 years old, through the fulfillment of the following duties: designing a program to improve the strength of the pelvic belt, identifying the impact of the program by improving the indicators of: the angles and incidence of the areas of the spine (cervical - thoracic - lumbar) ). The distance between the two medial protuberances of the tibia. The lateral angle of both knees. Physical variables associated with the posture condition of the pelvic belt. The researcher used the experimental method for its suitability to the topic of the research, on a sample of 12: 9 year old students. The homogenization process was performed for the research sample in each of the basic changes, orthopedic measurements, physical tests and skill tests. Measurement of lateral curves of the spine, as well as the front and back curves of the spine. Measure the angle of friction of the knees by measuring the left and right knee lateral angle. Flat feet measurement by measuring the left and right arch angle. The study concluded: The rehabilitation program has a positive effect on the research variables, there are statistically significant differences on the variables for the pre and post measurement in the deviations of the lumbar angle, there are statistically significant differences on the variables for the pre and post measurement in the deviations of the thoracic angle, there are statistically significant differences on the variables On the cervical angle, there are statistically significant differences on the variables on the distance between the two protrusions, there are statistically significant differences on the variables on the lateral angle of the knee, there are statistically significant differences on the variables on the average of the arch of the foot, there are statistically significant differences on the variables at the distance of the jump The broad stability after the program, there are statistically significant differences on the variables over the automatic jump distance from stability after the program.
