Abstract

There is no doubt that the Corona pandemic crisis will have major repercussions on international relations, in general, and the researcher in this paper tried to monitor on them, which represented the main goal of the research, with another of sub-goals that aim to track the repercussions on international relations, The importance of the research formed the researcher's motive to reach to the results, in addition to, the topic is recent and has not been exposed to a large extent, which represented a hindrance confronted the researcher to get resources, and the researcher used the descriptive and analytical method, which greatly contributed to access the results, which All of them focused on the fact that international relations will undergo change, starting from the prevailing concepts, to the balance of power, up and down, and perhaps the most prominent results of this paper are the return of the state in front of international actors, after it was contested by a number of international actors over the past decades.
