University integration and its relationship to both time management and achievement among Benghazi University students

the current study aimed to reveal the level of university integration, the level of time management and the relationship between them and their relationship to academic achievement, specialization and academic stage. To achieve this goal, the correlative and comparative method was used. The social integration scale was also used for (Khudair and Muhaibes, 2017). The time management scale has also been prepared . The tools were applied after verifying validity and reliability on a stratified random sample of students from the University of Benghazi in Benghazi, which amounted to 111 male and female students. The results of the study showed that the level of university integration and time management are high among Benghazi University students. Also, there is a medium positive relationship between them.as the results showed that there was no relationship between university integration, time management and achievement. The results also showed that there were no differences in the level of university integration due to the stage, while the results showed that there were differences in the level of time management in favor of the second stage against the third.
