About the Journal
The Global Libyan Journal is an accredited, refereed scientific periodical that publishes academic scientific research in all disciplines electronically on its own website. It is one of the journals issued by the University of Benghazi, based in the College of Education - Al-Marj. The arbitration process and publication meet all international quality standards in terms of absolute confidentiality in arbitration, accuracy in choosing the jurisdiction and academic degree of the arbitrator.
