Author Declaration Form

Purpose of this form. This declaration consolidates the legal, ethical, and authorial commitments required of every author submitting work to the Libyan Journal of Dentistry. It must be completed at the time of submission and signed by every named author. Manuscripts will not enter peer review until a fully signed Author Declaration Form has been received by the editorial office. This form complements, but does not replace, the Author Contribution Form (which records each author's specific contributions) and the Confirmation of Authorship Form (which is signed at final acceptance).
