Pre-Submission Checklist for Revised Manuscripts

Before submitting your revision, confirm each item below:

☐  Every reviewer and editor comment has been addressed, either with a change to the manuscript or with a justified explanation for retaining the original text.

☐  This Response to Reviewers document is complete, with all comment blocks filled in and guidance notes removed.

☐  A revised version of the manuscript with tracked changes is included.

☐  A clean (accepted-changes) version of the revised manuscript is also included.

☐  The Summary of Changes table (Section 6) lists every modification made.

☐  Any new references added during revision follow Vancouver style and are numbered correctly.

☐  If new figures, tables, or supplementary files were added, they have been labelled and referenced in the text.

☐  The revised manuscript still complies with LJD word, author, figure, and table limits.

☐  If authorship changed during revision, written approval from all authors and the Editor-in-Chief has been obtained.
