List every change made to the manuscript in this table, whether in response to a reviewer comment or initiated independently by the authors. For author-initiated changes (i.e. corrections or improvements not explicitly requested by a reviewer), note "Author-initiated" in the Reviewer column and explain the reason in the final column. This table helps the Editor verify the revision without reading the entire manuscript.
