Difficulties facing the management of general education schools integrating people with special needs in the municipality of Benghazi

The study aimed to determine the difficulties faced by the principals of general education schools in the municipality of Benghazi in integrating people with special needs in schools by defining the requirements for inclusion in schools and the controls for its implementation. The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach, and used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, as it was distributed to a random sample of (367) individuals from the total study population according to Morgan's table. The retrieved forms (268) forms, and the study reached several results, including:
- The administration of general education schools in the municipality of Benghazi faces many difficulties related to the school environment, and the quality and quantity of school services that are provided from the inclusive school to people with special needs, and there are educational difficulties faced by teachers of the inclusive school that prevent them from being able to interact, and provide integrated education for people with special needs likewise. their peers from normal students.
- The study identified a set of requirements that should be met by the community, the inclusive school, ordinary students, and students with special needs so that public education schools can effectively integrate.
- The study was able to identify a number of ways to overcome the difficulties faced by the management of general education schools in integrating people with special needs in their regular schools.
