This study aimed at evaluating the content of programmatic plans for what radio broadcasts offer in the city of Benghazi, and the researcher used the descriptive approach, specifically the method of comprehensive surveying the content of the media, especially the apparent content, on thirteen audio channels that broadcast their programs within the city of Benghazi, three of which are public, and ten private broadcasts, and the researcher has identified the summer 2022 session to conduct the analysis.
The most important results
1. The lack of political content in the maps of the radio stations under study, and
it is clear that the radio stations want to move away from this subject due to
their reliance on commercial aspects
2. Lack of interest in scientific planning based on the study of the public
3. Most of the radio stations under study are amateurish
4. The most available songs on the charts, due to their cheapness and thus poor
software production
5. Entertainment programs are available in different rates
6. Most of the radio stations have moved away from this goal of news, although
it is an original goal for the media
7. Some radio stations broadcast unnecessary foreign songs
8. The percentage of the goal of education increases
9. The most widely used direct talk template for its ease
10.The percentage of songs is very high, reaching nearly 70% on some radio
stations
