Requirements for the application of the international standard (ISO 10015) in training programs in the educational administration (theoretical study)

The study aimed to realize the standards of the international standard (ISO 10015) and the requirements of its applications in training programmes in educational management, so the study used the descriptive analytical approach, the study reached the following results based on the previous presentation of previous studies and research in this field, in addition to ISO and related publications International standard (ISO 10015) for training in the administrative aspect, which specifically addressed educational institutions of various names, as follows:
- International Standard (ISO 10015) is an effective tool for achieving reform in educational management.
The existence of a set of international standards that guarantee the integrity of the training program from failures, whether in preparation, implementation and evaluation.
- The success of the training program depends on the accuracy in determining the
training needs, which are supposed to be based on a scientific study and in light of the administrative staff requirements far from improvisation.
- According To the theoretical analysis of the International Standard (ISO 10015), it was found that when preparing for administrative training there is a previous step for starting the training stages, which is thinking about the training program so that a previous review of the training programs that were actually implemented, in addition to monitor the quantitative and qualitative changes and the degree of their realism to suit the needs of the time.
