This study aims at identifying the effect of the administrative empowerment on job
performance of public relation employees in petrol companies proceeded in Benghazi.
To accomplish these goals, the researcher prepared a questionnaire which was given to 40
employees, data were collected and analyzed to test the hypotheses using the statistical
packages program (SPSS).
The most significant results were as Follows :
1. There is no statistical effect due to these variables (sex, age, experience, marital
status, qualification) on the dimensions of the administrative empowerment.
2. The results shows that the sample has a good administrative empowerment ration
and the sample also has a positive view towards its dimensions.
