Ethical leadership of principals of basic education schools in the city of Benghazi and its relationship to organizational justice from the point of view of teachers.

The study aimed to identify the degree of the principals of basic education schools in Benghazi for ethical
leadership from the point of view of teachers. Also, the degree of sensitivity of the teachers of basic
education schools in Benghazi to organizational justice from the point of view of teachers. As well as
whether there are statistically significant differences in the degree of teachers' feeling in the basic education
schools in the city of Benghazi with organizational justice from their point of view due to the variables
(gender, qualifications and years of experience). In addition, it is necessary to know whether there is a
correlation between the degree of principals 'education in Benghazi City for the moral leadership and the
degree of the teachers' feeling of the basic education schools in Benghazi city with organizational justice.
2018- 2019. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the questionnaire after
collecting its paragraphs from the previous studies. To analyze the study data, And the study found that the
level of practice of moral leadership is very high in the sample of the study, and the study showed
differences in the level of sense of organizational justice teachers attributed to the gender variable and
qualification. The study showed no significant differences in the level of sense of organizational justice due
to the variable of experience. The results revealed a positive correlation between the degree of ethical
leadership and teachers' sense of organizational justice.
