Ethical standards expected from the editor-in-chief
1. A research is accepted based on academic merit only, without any influence. Ensure transparency, integrity and honesty in journal work.
2. Ensuring no conflict of interest, if the editor-in-chief feels that there may be any conflict of interest, the selection of reviewers must be decided by the Editorial Board.
3. The information and ideas contained in manuscripts submitted to the journal must be kept confidentially and must not be used for personal benefits, and editors and editorial staff must take all reasonable measures to ensure that the identity of the reviewers remains anonymous to the authors before, during and after the evaluation process.
4. General supervision of the implementation and development of the journal plan.
5. Give the author of the article a reasonable opportunity to respond to any objections (complaints), and all objections must be verified, regardless of when it is approved for publication.
