Expected ethical standards of authors

1. Securing a correct record of the data contained in the submitted research, and ensuring access to these data.
2. Ensure that the submitted research is not sent to another party at the same time, or accepted for publication elsewhere, and ensure that any parts of its content "that overlap with published content must be mentioned or attributed to its source".
3. Providing the editor-in-chief with a copy of any research that may contain overlapping information or closely related content.
4. Following the ethical standards for publishing in the journal.
5. Declaring any implications resulting from publication that can be taken into consideration during the publication process.
6. Notify the editor-in-chief without delay if there is an important error that has been discovered in the publication material.
7. The researcher must commit to making the required amendments within a period of not more than 30 days from the date of receiving the response, unless there is an excuse that compelling and appreciated by the journal editorial board.

8. It is not permissible to publish the research in another publishing medium, or submit it for publication in another publishing medium after approving its publication in the journal, or expressing an apology and unwillingness to publish the research after the reviewers’ reports. In this case, the researcher shall bear the expenses of reviewing and/or publication. Author shall be prohibited from publishing in University journals for a period of three years, and the journal must place the name of the researcher in this case on the list of persons prohibited from publishing in the journal during the aforementioned period.
