Published research serves several functions, one of which is valuing and preserving the precise details of scientific research. It is important that these details are valid and reliable. The publication process involves several parties, each of them plays an important role. Therefore, it is important that author(s), editorial board, reviewers, and University of Benghazi have the responsibility of ensuring the ethical standards in all stages of publication.
