This study aims to determine the level of job alienation among the employees of the faculties of education at the University of Benghazi from their point of view, as well as finding out whether there were statistical differences in the level of job alienation among the employees of the faculties of education at the University of Benghazi due to the study variables represented in (gender, years of experience, educational qualification), The study was conducted on a relative random sample of (125) male and female employees from the faculties of education at the University of Benghazi during the year (2019-2020). Statistically significant differences at the level of significance = 0.05 due to the variables (gender - educational qualification - experience).
