Abstract

The administrative and technical performance of the management of sports clubs assessment is very important in order to determine the positive and negative aspects of their performance and also to see the highlights of enjoying its experiences in order to develop and upgrade them to the required levels and in order to ensure the success of the training process, which represent an important where a pole, therefore this study made with 45 coaches of the clubs coaches Benghazi sample using a scale to assess administrative performance from their point of view. The results show multiple levels of administrative performance among administrators in the clubs and it turned out that most managers caught in the average level or above and less than 25% of managers were at acceptable levels and weak. According to these results, the researchers recommend working on the administrative performance of the administrative development through the establishment of developmental courses and refined on an ongoing basis as well as travel for the experience in the world, which is for this area should also be put scientific standards in the selection process for the task.
