Academic studies and their relationship to job satisfaction among faculty members at the College of Arts, Omar Al-Mukhtar University

The study aimed to identify scientific productivity and its relationship to job satisfaction among female faculty members at the Faculty of Arts, Omar Al-Mukhtar University. The study sample consisted of female faculty members at the Faculty of Arts at Omar Al-Mukhtar University, where they numbered (60) members of the teaching staff at the Faculty of Arts at Omar Al-Mukhtar University, as they constituted 63% of the original study population of (96) members, and the selection of the sample was based on the method The random sample, and the researcher used the job satisfaction scale prepared by Al-Sobhi (2013) and the scientific productivity scale prepared by Al-Hams (2015). To analyze the objectives of the study, the researcher used the statistical package (SPSS), and the researcher reached the following results:
1- A high level of job satisfaction among female faculty members at the Faculty of Arts, Omar Al-Mukhtar University.
2- The high level of scientific productivity among female faculty members at the Faculty of Arts, Omar Al-Mukhtar University.
3- There is a strong positive relationship between job satisfaction and academic productivity among female faculty members at the Faculty of Arts, Omar Al-Mukhtar University, as it reached (0.793), and it is statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01).
4- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of job satisfaction among female faculty members at the Faculty of Arts, Omar Al-Mukhtar University, according to the scientific degree variable.
5- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of job satisfaction among female faculty members at the Faculty of Arts, Omar Al-Mukhtar University, according to the educational qualification variable.
6- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of job satisfaction among female faculty members at the Faculty of Arts, Omar Al-Mukhtar University, according to the age group variable.
7- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of scientific productivity among female faculty members at the Faculty of Arts, Omar Al-Mukhtar University, according to the scientific degree variable.
8- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of scientific productivity among female faculty members at the Faculty of Arts, Omar Al-Mukhtar University, according to the educational qualification variable.
9- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of scientific productivity among female faculty members at the Faculty of Arts, Omar Al-Mukhtar University, according to the age group variable.
