The study aimed to identify the training needs of faculty members at the Faculty of Education - University of Benghazi, in addition to identifying the differences in the training needs of the study sample according to the variables: academic degree, specialization (human sciences - applied sciences), years of experience, and the descriptive approach was used, and the study included All faculty members of the Faculty of Education - University of Benghazi, and the Raba`a Scale (2017) was used for the training needs of faculty members, which consists of eight areas, namely: planning, teaching, communication, use of technology, scientific research, administrative tasks, evaluation, society The study concluded that the level of training needs for faculty members at the Faculty of Education - University of Benghazi was high, and the field of scientific research ranked first among the training needs of the study members, while the field of evaluation came in the last place, and the study also found that there are no differences Statistically significant among the study members in the training needs according to the degree variable and the variables of experience and specialization. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: The establishment of periodic training courses for faculty members at the Faculty of Education - University of Benghazi, in the fields of study, especially the field of scientific research.
