The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of training program to improve communication skills among the mothers of deaf children and its impact in decreasing introversion among the deaf children. The researcher used quasi-experimental design for one experimental group consisted of 10 mothers of deaf children who registered in the society of Atfalouna for the deaf in Gaza city during the academic year 2022/2023,The researcher developed and used communication skills scale for the mothers of the deaf children, introversion scale for the deaf children , and training program for the communication skills that used with the mothers of deaf children, The study demonstrated a significant differences in communication skills domains (talking, listening, persuasion, and thoughts) among the mothers of deaf children in the pretest and posttest scores in favor of the posttest. Furthermore, the study demonstrated a significant differences in introversion scale scores among the deaf children in the pretest and posttest in favor of the posttest, However, the study indicated no differences found between the posttest and follow-up scores among the mothers of the deaf children on the communication scale and among deaf children on the introversion scale.
