The degree of availability of the dimensions of the learning organization in the Libyan Academy for Postgraduate Studies - Benghazi branch from the viewpoint of its employees

The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of the dimensions of the learning organization in the Libyan Academy for Postgraduate Studies - Benghazi branch from the viewpoint of its employees. It also aimed to determine whether there were statistical differences among the members of the study sample regarding to the degree of availability of the dimensions of the learning organization due to the variable (gender, academic qualification, job experience).
The study population consisted of (189) male and female , Simple random sample has been selected employees .To collect data for the study, a questionnaire consisting of two sections was used: the first included preliminary information about the employees, represented by gender, educational qualification, and specific experience, while the second section consisted of the seven dimensions of the Learning Organization Scale (DLOQ) developed by (Watkins & Marsick 1993). To analyze the data, some statistical methods were used, such as averages. Arithmetic, standard deviations, t-test, and one-way analysis, The results of the study showed a low degree of availability of the dimensions of the learning organization in the Libyan Academy for Postgraduate Studies - Benghazi Branch from the point of view of its employees. The study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences among the members of the study sample regarding the degree of availability of the dimensions of the learning organization in the Libyan Academy for Postgraduate Studies - Benghazi Branch from The point of view of its employees is due to the variables of the study, which are (gender, academic qualification, experience) , in light of the results a set of recommendations were developed.
