Analyzing and interpreting statistical data can be difficult, but it is a vital part of any successful research project. This text provides clear and concise evidence of research design concepts and practices, providing a comprehensive basis for techniques and discussion of the key issues raised by such methods in terms of attitudes, behavior and levels of tourist satisfaction. It covers the nature of the research itself, the design of a research project, qualitative and quantitative research, questionnaire design and implementation, various types of data and coding, their relationships, multiple regression analysis, and data coding and importance. It refers comprehensively to software packages, especially SPSS, NCSS, and MINITAB. It is aimed at university students in the second and third year, graduate students and all those who carry out research projects in the field of tourism.
