The quality of career life and its relationship to the organizational commitment among secondary school teachers in Benghazi city

The study aimed to know the quality of job life in secondary education schools as well as to know the level of organizational commitment in Benghazi from the point of view of secondary education school teachers in Benghazi, as well as to know the statistically significant relationship between the quality of job life in education schools .Secondary and organizational commitment of secondary education teachers in Benghazi. The study population consisted of (20642) a sample of (150) male and female teachers from secondary education schools in the city of Benghazi was selected. To collect the study data, a questionnaire was used. To analyze the study data, some statistical methods were used, such as arithmetic means and standard deviations.
