Job alienation and its relationship to organizational silence among the employees of educational offices in Benghazi city

This study aims to reveal the relationship between alienation and organizational silence among employees of the service educational offices in Benghazi from their point of view ،by measuring the level of functional alienation and the level of organizational silence and determining the value of the relationship between them ، the study was conducted on a random sample of (121) employees of the educational offices service in Benghazi during the academic year 2019-2020 ،and the results of the study showed that the level of job alienation and organizational silence were high among the employees of the service educational offices in Benghazi as well as the results showed the existence of the results of the study. A strong and statistically significant correlation between functional alienation and organizational silence.
