The application of total quality management and its relationship to the performance of employees (a field study on the Brega companies for marketing oil and gas, the Arabian Gulf for marketing oil and the river for the manufacture of pipes using the multiple regression method)

This study aims to know the relationship between the application of total quality management and the performance of workers in Libyan business organizations, also to defines the effect of the application of total quality management on the performance of workers in Libyan business organizations. The study population be Libyan business organizations based in Benghazi. The study was applied to the Albriga oil marketing company ,the Arabian Gulf and the river pipes manufacturing companies, from which a simple random sample of (66) administrators and head of department was selected .
The researchers used the questionnaire as a means of collecting data necessary for the practical aspect of the study, and to analyze the data of the study used the Statistical Program of Social Sciences (SPSS). Multiple Regression and some statistical methods were used. The study found that the level of management of the objectives in all six dimensions was high and medium. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between the application of management and objectives on the performance of employees, and there is also a correlation between the dimensions of total quality management and the performance of workers in Libyan business organizations.
