Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Master of the Messengers and Prophets, Muhammad bin Abdullah, and upon all his family and companions. As for what follows:
Since the Sunnah is what was transmitted from the Messenger r of saying, deed, or declaring, then God - Glory be to Him and Almighty - made one of the tasks of the Messenger r to convey, clarify and clarify, and that everything he communicates is from God, and what comes from him is not from his whims but rather a revelation that is revealed to him. In accordance with the words of God Almighty: “And what is not uttered from desire, it is nothing but a revelation that is revealed” (Surat An-Najm, verse 4).
God - Glory be to Him, the Most High - explained in his book some rulings in detail, and these rulings do not need to be explained, while others are ford in general, so as not to embarrass His obligated servants, because if all the rulings came in detail; It is necessary to stand on the particles; Standing on it is an order not to make ijtihad, but rather to be rigid, and this is embarrassing for the servants, and the Shari’ah has no complexity or embarrassment in it. The Almighty says: “God desires ease for you, and He does not desire hardship for you” (Surat Al-Baqarah, verse 185).
The interpretative or explanatory Sunnah of the Noble Qur’an is attached to the text that explains or clarifies the Qur’anic ruling (see: Deriving rulings from the texts, Ahmed Muhammad Al-Husari, Libya, Al-Shorouk Press, i: First, 1401 AH - 198 AD, p. 388), which is the same ruling indicated by the verse As the Sunnah clearly indicates, the to make clear to them what they differed about, and guidance and mercy. (Al-Nahl: 64)
And it appears in the research the role played by the Sunnah in clarifying the restriction of rulings by identifying the particulars in which no Qur’anic text was mentioned by highlighting the Prophet’s text to know the ruling; Therefore, the verse of theft was taken as a model for its practical application, and the following is indicated
1 - The concept of both the Sunnah, the absolute, the restricted and theft.
- Explanation of the restriction of the absolute in the matter, which is (the verse of theft) by knowing the place of cutting off the hand and ……etc.
3 - The Sunnah follows the amount that necessitates cutting, and the opinions of the jurists on that.
4 - Determining the quorum through the Sunnah, explaining how to cut it, and what the jurists went to.
5 - Clarification of what is not definitive and the opinions of the jurists in that.
