Problems Of Practical Educational In Schools From The Perspective of Trainee Teachers In The Scientific Departments at The Faculty of Education – Benghazi University

This study aimed to identify the most important problems of practical training in schools from trainee teachers points of view in the scientific departments at the Faculty of Education– Benghazi University. It also aimed to discover whether there are differences between the average degree of presence of these problems according to trainee teacher's gender، level of training، and scientific department. To achieve the study objectives، the descriptive analysis method was used . The study population consisted of student teachers who were actually involved in the practical education program in both first and second levels، as well as those who completed both levels during the 2022-2023 semesters. The study population was targeted as a whole by sending an electronic questionnaire tool، (68) of trainee-teachers responded to the questionnaire. The study concluded that there are various problems faced by student teachers during their period of practical training at schools، with a high degree of presence. The study also showed that there are no differences in the viewpoints between the community according to gender، level of training and scientific department.
The study recommends to increase the number of seminars، scientific workshops and conferences that increase the community awareness about the importance of practical education and its role in developing Faculty Education Colleges and their outcomes، also preparing a mini-training program within the college before starting the real program in schools to qualify the trainee-teachers theoretically and practically.
